Welcome to GetComposed.org. By accessing our website or registering for our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register for our programs or use our services. By signing up, you represent that you are a parent or legal guardian registering on behalf of a student, or an adult student yourself.
Account Security: All registrations are managed via MyMusicStaff.com. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your MyMusicStaff login and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Payments and Billing

Third-Party Processing: Payments for GetComposed.org programs are processed through MyMusicStaff. By providing your payment information, you authorize MyMusicStaff (and their integrated processors) to charge your selected payment method.
Billing Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all payments.
Responsibility: GetComposed.org is not responsible for any errors, security breaches, or technical failures occurring on the MyMusicStaff platform or through their third-party payment gateways.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All requests for cancellations or refunds must be submitted in writing to nogoodbyesprogram@gmail.com.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable.

4. Communications & Marketing

By registering, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your account, scheduling, and direct marketing materials. You may opt-out of marketing emails at any time by using the "Unsubscribe" link provided in our emails.

5. User Conduct & Intellectual Property

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with the site’s tracking (Google Analytics/Meta) or security features.
All original content, curriculum materials, and logos on GetComposed.org are the intellectual property of GetComposed.org and may not be redistributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetComposed.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the MyMusicStaff platform. Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Return and Refund Policy

Enrollment & Service Fees

Registration Fees: Any initial registration or administrative fees are non-refundable.
Service Delivery: As GetComposed.org provides digital and/or instructional services, refunds are generally not issued once a session, lesson, or program has commenced.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

User Cancellations: To receive a credit or refund for a scheduled session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice via your MyMusicStaff portal or by emailing nogoodbyesprogram@gmail.com. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are ineligible for a refund or credit.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the fee for that session.
Provider Cancellations: If GetComposed.org must cancel a session due to instructor illness or technical difficulties, a full credit will be applied to your MyMusicStaff account, or a make-up session will be scheduled.

Refund Processing

Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used through MyMusicStaff.
Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Chargebacks: We encourage parents to contact us directly to resolve billing issues. Unauthorized chargebacks through your bank may result in immediate account termination.
